  Its a beautiful place, very relaxing. Most of the people are very nice. The board running the association on the other hand is very corrupt. They refuse to allow their finances to be audited, change and purchase things without members approval, steam roll anyone that attempts to do good for the members and has a complete disregard for the very rules they enforce. It is well know that to question a board member is to face retribution. Although I own property there I would NOT recommend it to anyone looking for the same.
